Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise Packaging, Assembly, DC, and Component manufacturing team members who assemble, package, label, set up, and operate custom automated equipment, which is designed to assemble and package stainless/carbon steel worm gear clamps in high volumes. Consistently lead continuous improvement teams/activities: to improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs, identify unfavorable trends concerning downtime, safety and quality issues.
