Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Facilities Manager maintains a deep understanding of operational protocols, aiming to enhance the efficiency of the DC and help problem-solve challenges presented by employees and members of the leadership team. They are responsible for the proper operation of all company-owned assets such as material handling equipment, conveyors, packaging equipment, HVAC units, lighting & electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance of shared office areas, including any capital improvements.
