Provide post-operative nursing care for patients undergoing spinal surgery (e.g., spinal stenosis, compression fractures), neurosurgical procedures (e.g., craniotomy, subdural hematoma, hemorrhagic stroke), and orthopedic injuries or surgeries. Assess and manage patients with trauma-related injuries including gunshot wounds, motor vehicle collisions, crush injuries, falls, and traumatic brain injuries on a 27-bed inpatient unit.
