Manage a diverse ICU patient population including sepsis, pneumonia, COPD, CHF, GI bleeds, stable neuro (CVA/TBI), CVICU (pacemakers, post-cath, angiograms), and surgical patients; perform manual proning of intubated and paralyzed patients and manage multiple drips. Perform invasive line management including CVP and arterial lines, IV medication titration, and cardiac rhythm interpretation; demonstrate working knowledge of ventilators, trachs, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP (RT manages devices, but RN knowledge is expected).
