As the Human Resources Generalist at SEMCIL and Boundless, you will be working closely with leadership staff in the following functional areas: HR-related compliance management, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and investigations, and benefits administration. Administer employee benefit and leave programs, including enrollment, employee education, required documentation, reporting, and coordination with employees and benefit providers.
