This position partners closely with Safety, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and company leadership to manage risk exposure, coordinate claims, support regulatory compliance, and strengthen risk management practices. The Risk & Compliance Manager also serves as a key point of contact for insurance partners, claims representatives, and outside counsel to ensure matters are handled effectively and consistently.
