The Operations Coordinator proactively identifies and resolves operational challenges, supports driver engagement and retention efforts, maintains accurate operational records, and contributes to the overall success of the transportation operation while working a rotating 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. This role works closely with drivers, dispatch, planning, customers, and leadership to ensure on-time service, effective communication, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of fleet resources.
