Ensure compliance with Danfoss safety initiatives and regulations, including eye safety, hearing conservation, machine guarding, ergonomic practices, lockout/tagout, SDS procedures, OSHA requirements, and Environmental Health & Safety programs. Provide employee coaching, training, and skill development; lead by example to build a cohesive, improvement-oriented team and maintain a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
