The student will work alongside analysts and report developers on activities which may include ServiceNow request intake, customer support and education, security and access requests, requirements gathering and notes taking, scheduling and administrative work, data validation and testing, documentation, and process improvement. This position may include opportunities to work hands on with Power BI and Workday reporting, This position provides an opportunity to directly support enterprise data and reporting users while developing skills in business intelligence, customer engagement, requirements gathering, and data governance.
