This role is responsible for quality control, safety compliance, labor planning, inventory accuracy, and team leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment. These duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list. Starting at $29.00/hour plus $1.30 shift differential, work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Responsibilities include machine operation, changeovers, quality checks, material handling, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years production experience, forklift skills, strong communication, organizational abilities, and safety training.
