As a Temporary Test Operator, you will support our production and prototype testing efforts by operating semiconductor test systems, ensuring accurate and efficient test execution to meet customer delivery schedules. You will work closely with Planning, Operations, and Engineering teams to uphold product quality and on-time performance.Please note that availability for the following shifts is required, along with additional flexibility to work weeknight hours as needed to support business operations and coverage requirements.<ul><li>Saturday: 9:00 PM to Sunday 10:00 AM</li><li>Sunday: 9:00 PM to Monday 5:00 AM</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Hand testing chips manually to product specifications, from production trays, using hand vacuums to move product between product trays and the test heads</li><li>Perform routine calibration and maintenance on testers, motherboards, and load boards; requires diagnosis and debugging at times</li><li>Diagnosing/Debugging Manual Tester/Setup issues and providing standard documentation for repair</li><li>Managing and maintaining sockets for them to perform correctly</li><li>Entering proper lot information when starting Nextest System user interface, accurately record test outcome data into automation software</li><li>Complying with both corporate and ISO standards, drive for continuous improvement in test</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Availability to work 3rd shift with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift changes. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and test procedures accurately. </li><li>Comfortable with basic computer tasks (data entry, navigating test interfaces, logging results). </li><li>Excellent manual dexterity for handling small devices. </li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain focus during overnight hours.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Breakroom stocked with snacks and drinks to help keep employees energized during overnight and weekend hours</li><li>Opportunity to gain hands on industry experience</li><li>Comfortable environment for self motivated individuals</li><li>Meal and rest breaks provided in compliance with California regulations</li><li>Possibility of future full time employment based on business needs and performance</li></ul>This role is classified as a temporary position and is paid on an hourly basis at a rate of $23.00 per hour.
