What We Need From You: Proven experience supervising a maintenance teamBackground in a manufacturing environment (GMP preferred)Strong leadership skills-you set expectations, follow through, and lead by exampleExperience troubleshooting mechanical & electrical systems (24V-480V)Ability to diagnose issues (motors, VFDs, PLCs, etc.)Understanding of production equipment and line operationsExperience with preventative maintenance systems and work ordersAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and manualsPLC (Allen Bradley), pneumatics, hydraulics experienceWelding, fabrication, or machining skills is a plusStrong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyWork in a production/warehouse environment with moderate noiseFrequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools and equipmentExposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and powered industrial equipment.
