Perform all necessary quality checks of the products produced in the Bisquick department, including HACCP checks, seal tests, weight tests, code dating, metal detector, check weigher, in-line magnets, and code dater checks. Perform preventive and reactive maintenance activities within capabilities on Bisquick production equipment and assist maintenance as needed with higher-level tasks, including work order creation and defect identification.
