Assists with machine setup, prepares machinery for operation by setting up tools, mounting and demounting plates, preparing raw materials, loading materials, and adjusting settings as directed by the primary operator. Monitors press machine operations, observes the machine during operation to ensure the machine is running as expected, notifying the primary operator or supervisor of any issues or malfunctions.
