The Team Leader serves as a backup to the Shift Supervisor and provides direction, technical knowledge, troubleshooting support, and follow-through to help the shift run safely, reliably, and in an organized manner. They help operators understand priorities, maintain clean and ready work areas, document work accurately, and make decisions that protect people, product quality, equipment reliability, and customer commitments.
