This role provides direct leadership and supervision for approximately 50 hourly employees and is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, high-quality production while coordinating manpower, equipment, tooling, materials, and production priorities. Assist Maintenance and Facilities Engineering to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify and implement equipment upgrades that improve safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.
