ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: The primary functions of this position include positive release of all Shank's products, monitoring of the day-to-day production of products with line checks to ensure that finished products reflect the actual Bill of Material for liquid and packaging for food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, sampling incoming raw materials and packaging, assist with hold investigations and inspections.
