Every day you will oversee security operations, patrol assigned buildings (foot/vehicle), identify violations, investigate incidents, respond to alarms/emergency codes, control hospital access, monitor detection systems, support helistop operations, and de-escalate or physically restrain individuals when necessary, meticulously documenting all actions and observations. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional vigilance, customer service skills, physical capacity for emergency response, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in interpreting and applying security guidelines, all while upholding a safe and secure environment.
