This position supports scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, diagnoses and resolves mechanical malfunctions, repairs or replaces defective components, and performs system testing in accordance with technical publications, maintenance procedures, and applicable military regulations. The Aircraft Mechanic with inspection authority is responsible for performing inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, and related components to ensure aircraft are mission-ready, safe, and fully operational per US Army AR95-1 regulations.
