The General Superintendent serves as the primary link between field operations, Project Management, Estimating, and Operations Management and is responsible for maintaining consistent field procedures, manpower planning, productivity, quality, and accountability across all active projects. Coordinate closely with Project Managers regarding schedules, change orders, RFIs, materialrequirements, manpower, and field conditions.
