RBT certification through the BACB preferred, but not required If not RBT certified, a minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with young children with ASD, developmental disabilities, or related support needs preferred. This role is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans with fidelity, collecting accurate behavioral data, supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and contributing to caregiver training.
