IMPORTANT VA EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: To be eligible for this VA assignment, all RN nursing degrees held by the candidate, regardless of degree level (ASN/ADN, BSN, MSN, etc.), must be from nursing programs that were ACEN or CCNE accredited at the time of graduation. The ED RN will function independently and under the direction of the Nurse Manager or designee, providing timely triage, stabilization, treatment, and comprehensive patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.
