In this hands-on leadership role, you will keep the hospital continuously survey-ready by making sure inspections, tests, preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation are completed on time, while serving as a working leader and technical resource who can step in on repairs when needed. This position requires regular walking and rounding throughout hospital buildings, roofs, exterior areas, mechanical and electrical spaces, and construction areas, including climbing stairs or ladders, bending, reaching, and lifting tools, parts, and materials.
