Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
