Position Overview• Provide outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine care for adult patients• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage pulmonary conditions such as COPD, asthma, chronic cough, and pulmonary infections• Assess and manage sleep-related disorders including sleep apnea, insomnia, and hypersomnia• Conduct patient consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning• Collaborate closely with pulmonologists and sleep medicine physicians on comprehensive care plans• Interpret sleep studies, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and diagnostic imaging as appropriate• Educate patients on CPAP/BiPAP therapy, medication management, smoking cessation, and lifestyle modifications• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems.
