WHAT YOU'LL DO: System Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial building systems, including commercial HVAC, commercial plumbing, electrical distribution, and automated building controls. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, loud noise, and occasional outdoor conditions including heat, cold, wind, and precipitation.
