The CSM leads and develops branch personnel, manages operational performance, branch profitability, supports client relationships, and ensures deposit, teller, new accounts, and other branch activities are performed accurately and efficiently. This position ensures effective branch operations, exceptional client service, appropriate staffing, employee development, and compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
