For the Traveling Healthcare Superintendent we are seeking: Extensive healthcare construction experience, proven success delivering ground-up healthcare projects, healthcare renovation and tenant improvement experience is preferred, strong tenure with established general contractors, minimum history of long-term employment, preferably multiple positions exceeding two years, ability to travel throughout the South and Southeast, strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills. Lead field operations for healthcare construction projects, manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics, drive project safety, quality, and compliance requirements, coordinate inspections and owner interactions, monitor productivity and project progress, resolve field challenges while maintaining project milestones, and ensure successful project closeout and client satisfaction.
