Performs all repairs and maintenance of all plumbing systems and components for efficient and cost-effective BMC operations including but not limited to medical gas distribution systems, sewage ejectors, sump pumps, lab waste, domestic water distribution systems, heating distribution systems, steam distribution systems, RODI distribution systems, fire protection distribution systems, and others. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Massachusetts Plumbing License required, and three to five years of specialty experience.): Other licenses would be a plus, Forklift operation certification, lock out tag out, confined space, MSDS, asbestos and lead identification, ladder safety, emergency evacuation, in-house OSHA and respirator training, infection control.
