This role coordinates campaign logistics, manages donor data, develops and support fundraising communications, tracks campaign performance, and helps ensure successful execution of annual and special fundraising initiatives. Supervisor Responsibility: Exercises independent judgment in the interest of the Employer to supervise and direct staff, including hiring, scheduling, assigning and prioritizing work, evaluating performance, and effectively recommending personnel actions such as salary increases, promotions, transfers, disciplinary action, demotions, and termination decisions.
