Duties and Responsibilities Strategically manage a high-value portfolio of builder, developer, and contractor accounts to maximize market penetration and revenue growth Develop and implement data-driven account strategies that enhance customer retention while expanding share of wallet across our product lines Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts while identifying and converting strategic targeted accounts Execute comprehensive sales cycle from lead generation through final sales, including consultative presentations and negotiations Drive adoption of comprehensive HVAC solutions including equipment, controls, service agreements, and system upgrades to increase revenue streams Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating and inside sales teams to develop compelling, competitive proposals that win business Coordinate with operations, order management, and service teams to ensure exceptional sales execution and client satisfaction Support business intelligence initiatives including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning processes Monitor industry developments, construction trends, and competitive activities to maintain market advantage and identify emerging opportunities Qualifications 5+ years of sales or account management experience in HVAC, construction, or building services.
