Monitor specific workplace hazards such as blocked exits, machine guarding concerns, chemical storage, spill risks, walking-working surface conditions, powered industrial truck areas, noise exposure concerns, heat illness prevention controls, and other assigned EHS focus areas. Review permit-to-work activities and supporting documentation for assigned work, including hot work, confined space entry, elevated work, line break, energized work, contractor work, and other controlled activities, to confirm required forms, approvals, precautions, and closeout steps are completed.
