Assist providers with in-office procedures including, but are not limited to: cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, bladder instillations, catheter exchanges, uroflowmetry, VUDS, PTNS, circumcision, stent removal, and other urology-related procedures. Monitor and manage assigned Epic In-Basket messages, including patient messages, refill requests, provider requests, results routing, and clinical task pools; escalate and close tasks appropriately.
