This leader partners closely with Transmission Planning, Protection & Control, Substation Engineering, Line Engineering, and Telecommunications teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology capabilities that support the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the transmission system. Responsibilities include decision making, risk assessment, task prioritization/assignment/tracking, project assignment, employee development, performance feedback, motivation, team building, communication, planning, resource allocation, cost control, problem/issue/conflict resolution, customer service, and client relations.
