What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): • Bachelor's degree in (Business Admin, Energy, Communication or related field) (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education) • 1+ years of experience in community engagement, with a preferred focus on working with individuals and groups from under-resourced communities • Proven fluency in English • Must have a valid driver's license, an operational vehicle for transportation (or regular access to a vehicle), and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
