As a Plant Controlling Specialist, you will oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including preparing manufacturing cost reports, analyzing actuals and P&L, supervising and closing work orders, calculating production costs and overhead allocation, preparing KPI and ad hoc reports, supervising CAPEX and movement capitalization, ensuring governance and compliance, modeling and preparing business cases, and providing audit support. The role requires proficiency in accounting software, financial analysis tools, project management software, cost accounting software, business intelligence tools, asset management software, SAP CO module, compliance management software, financial modeling software, and audit management software.
