Supports the insurance renewal process for the agency by providing the complete renewal packets to designated agent, works closely with Agent(s) to service existing clients, cross referencing data for each client's policy to ensure accuracy. Obtain at least one of the additional certifications, and/or designations deemed necessary by supervisor to include but not limited to CRM, AIP, PLCS, AFIS, CLCS, SBCA, LTCP, CPCU, API, ARM, AINS, CSRM, CPRM, CIC.
