Collaborate with Preconstruction team, Senior Project Manager, Development team and the project design team on product design, efficiency, historical design flaws, and value engineering opportunities in an effort to build current product offerings more efficiently and help design more affordable product types for future development and construction opportunities. Distribute, review, document, and maintain all required product submittals, submittal logs, shop drawings, and substitution requests to and from trade partner's, suppliers, consultants, and owner representatives.
