As a Vice President, Technology Investment Banking // M&A at Portage Point, you will work on a variety of transactions across software, technology and tech services that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, private placements of debt and equity securities and other financial advisory services. The IB team advises founders, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors and investors across software, technology and tech services on M&A, debt and equity capital transactions, recapitalizations, and where applicable, restructurings, §363 sales, acquisition and Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) financings and liability management.
