Please note: This role requires prior experience managing chargebacks and deductions for major U.S. retailers such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, Kohl’s, Walmart, Amazon, Dillard’s, JCPenney, or similar national accounts. As a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners, the AR Chargeback Analyst will play a critical role in safeguarding revenue, improving compliance, and driving process efficiency.
