Be the primary liaison between Youth MCI and CSA, including providing supervision to CSA embedded staff, tracking and monitoring referrals, participating in CSA meetings as necessary, and supporting the partnership between Youth MCI and CSA. Train, assist and monitor all staff in crisis assessment, development of safety plans and continually assure such plans / assessments emphasize family skill building, utilizing natural supports, and collaboration with established treatment providers.
