This position is responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including premium payment processing, overpayment and refund management, billing, agent commission accuracy, audit support, and cross-department collaboration. Generate reports by pulling data from multiple systems (policy admin, accounting, RMA, and internal databases); consolidate and analyze results to support decision making .
