Job Summary: Under the general direction of the AGM, GM, and/or Vice President of Operations, the Operations Manager shall organize, oversee, control and direct the activities of a school bus service location and/or locations(s) ensuring that the operations are safe, efficient and meet the needs of the customer(s), employees, and corporation. Coordinate and assist in the development of financial information, including managing cost control, labor hours, capital investment decisions, forecasting, budget planning, pricing, service management, and adhering to budget.
