Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or finance required; CPA preferred • 5+ years of professional accounting experience including substantial exposure to monthly • closing processes, forecasting and budgeting • Experience working and comfortable operating in a fast-paced organization, with an M&A• driven growth strategy, where system consolidation, acquisition integration and speed to • market are key success factors required • Audit experience within a public accounting firm plus career progression of accounting positions • within a company (i.e., Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, etc.) with • increasing leadership responsibilities is strongly desired • Experience with multi-unit retail and/or private equity-backed companies is strongly desired • Familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus. • Extended periods of sitting: frequently required to stand and walk • Frequently use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls • Must be able to talk and hear – in person, via computer (I.e., Teams meeting), and phone calls • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds • Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus • The work environment is typical of an office setting; the noise level is usually quiet • Occasional travel by car/plane to existing and/or prospective operating geographies, less than 10%.
