Essential Job DutiesProvide direct 1:1 behavior support to children/adolescence wherever needed (school, home, or day-care)Implement individualized treatment plans approved by a BCBACollaboration with other community-based team members, including the assigned BSCStudy all relevant records regarding the VIP you are assignedTeach functional skills such as communication, daily living, vocational readiness, and coping strategiesCollect clear, accurate data to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
