In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and governing the organization's manufacturing training strategy to ensure employees across all facilities have the knowledge, skills, and capabilities required to perform safely, efficiently, and consistently. Designs, develops, implements, and continuously improves training curricula, learning materials, training pathways, and competency models for manufacturing, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
