Candidates for this position should be academically, professionally, and intellectually prepared to excel in their discipline and deeply committed to advancing the mission of BYU–Hawaii through their teaching, scholarship, mentoring, service, and example. As a member of the accounting faculty, the Assistant or Associate Professor teaches undergraduate accounting courses, contributes to curriculum and program development, and mentors students in their academic, spiritual, and professional growth.
