This role partners with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify training needs, develop educational solutions, and ensure physician and field readiness throughout the product lifecycle. The Manager translates clinical, technical, and procedural information into effective learning experiences that drive competency, clinical excellence, and positive patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with Abbott policies and regulatory requirements.
