Under the general supervision of the Senior Director or designee, the Door Maintenance Technician inspects, installs, repairs, modifies and maintains manual and automatic door equipment and all hardware necessary to complete assigned work. Install door frames, rails, steel rolling curtains, electronic-eye mechanisms, or electric door openers and closers, using power tools, hand tools, and electronic test equipment.
