As a senior member of the accounting team, the Senior Accountant mentors junior team members, and leverages the Company's technology platforms including Yardi ERP, ProfitSword, Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI to drive accuracy, efficiency, and insight across all assigned divisions. Senior Accountant is responsible for development and maintenance of, as well as compliance with, the organization's accounting policies, procedures, controls and initiatives while ensuring that the financial statements comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
